Las Palmas is known for its family amenities galore. From its many pools with new water slides, pickle ball courts, playgrounds & walking paths, shuffle board and giant chess. Your family will not be bored.
Tons of outdoor activities to do also. Located close to Zion National park, Sand Hollow and Snow Canyon just to name a few points of interest.
Before we start there are 3 THINGS PEOPLE LOVE about this Las Palmas space -
1. Location - Location - Location. St George city is a bit stingy in allowing people to rent their spaces within the city limits. Las Palmas is one of the only complexes within the St. George boundaries that allows short term rentals. So if you have activities based "in" St George - the ability to rent some place in the city is a huge plus (this avoiding travel back and forth from one of the cities outside St. George itself.)
2. The amenities - Bar none Las Palmas has the most amazing amenities. We have multiple pools, hot tubs, walking/child riding paths, a lap pool, water slides and a large splash pad. There is also several playgrounds, pickle ball courts, shuffle board and a large Chess board. If you want to relax, eat and just enjoy a vacation without running back and forth - Las Palmas can't be beat.
3. Our space is a top floor unit with a view of the larger pools and splash pad, This helps with quiet - You will feel like you're on top of the world as you will not hear your neighbors below you or to the side. It is bright, open and inviting.
We love St George! It is the perfect place for active lifestyle. We started coming to Las Palmas 10 years ago as a family and the amenities were amazing, so when we recently got the opportunity to buy we jumped on it.
As mentioned above our unit is on the third floor which means no upstairs neighbors. It is very well insulated both for heat and cool as well as noise.
This Unit is located on the TOP FLOOR of building 16 located just to your right as you drive into Las Palmas and will accommodate as much as 10 GUESTS.
The minute you'll walk in, you'll fall in love with the feel of this 3 BEDROOM, 1100 sq/ft LOFTY CONDO featuring its large patio to enjoy watching the sun set.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would find in a DELUXE HOUSE, such as NEW POTS AND PANS,A REGULAR COFFEE MACHINE, 2-SLICE TOASTER, SLOW COOKER, LARGE GRIDDLE, BASIC COOKING KIT, and everything else you can think of to entertain your guests.
The 3 BEDROOMS have COMFY BEDS with new bed sheets and SUPER COMFY BED SPREADS. ALL Bedrooms are private as you can see in the pictures.
The living room has an awesome 65" 4K TV has full internet capabilities with NETFLIX, HULU, AMAZON, YOUTUBE, FILMS ON-DEMAND, WEB BROWSER, SMARTPHONE SCREEN SHARING and much more. The place also comes with an ULTRA HIGH-SPEED WIRELESS INTERNET NETWORK.
The master bath has a DEEP SOAKER TUB with SHOWER, HAIR DRYER AND CURLING IRON.
AN IRON & BOARD can be found in the front bedroom & main bath, and WASHER & DRYER is found in the closet on the deck so you can take care of your own laundry when on a longer stay.
The BACK DECK is beautiful. Surrounded by PALM TREES & A GREAT VIEW of the amenities, and it features a PATIO SET so that you can truly enjoy those long sunny summer days.
You have ACCESS to all the POOLS, HOT TUBS, PICKLE BALL COURTS, PLAY GROUNDS, SHUFFLE & CHESS BOARDS as well as WALKING PATHS. The KEYS can be found in the top left drawer of the kitchen
Directly behind our unit is a CLUB HOUSE (You will notice the blue fence runs into the clubhouse) You check in there to gain access to anything inside the blue fence.
Playground equipment and other things are found outside of the blue fence and you don't need keys to access it.
We LOVE to give our guests SPACE to enjoy themselves. But we are also AVAILABLE when needed - so don't hesitate to message us.
Close to riding trails and other outdoor activities. Las Palmas is centrally located for the outdoor enthusiast. Just a couple of blocks west of our space you will find unlimited riding trails. For both mountain bikes, motorcycles and ATV's You are also about 10 minutes from the beautiful Snow canyon.
You'll find some FREE PARKING right in front of our property IF it is a busy weekend then there is OVERFLOW parking just to the north of our building (building 16) where you can park.

Neighbors: This rental home is in a quiet neighborhood so we ask for your help in respecting the friendly neighbors by not hosting parties of any sort and keeping music and noise quiet after 10pm each night. This helps our neighbors stay enthusiastic about our rental services.
Smoking, vaping or the use of any recreational drugs is strictly prohibited anywhere within or upon the premise of the property. We do not allow any house parties in our homes out of respect for neighbors and the protection of our beautiful homes. We pride ourselves in being a company that offers a pet friendly place at many of our properties please see our pet policy below
Pet Policy:
Please note that we do have an additional pet fee to help protect against the natural wear and tear it causes to our properties by allowing pets. If your furry friends are accompanying you for your stay, we do allow up to 2 dogs and charge a pet fee of $50 for 1 dog or $115 for 2 dogs. This fee is required and is paid after booking is complete when you register your pet on our digital check-in, please note pet fees do not cover any damages or accidents caused by your pets.
Failure to comply with the pet fee, smoking/drug policy and unauthorized events or parties could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund and additional expenses may be charged to remove odors or repair any damages done.
